Visions is seeking a Counseling Program Manager to lead the counseling team through planning, implementing, evaluating, and improving the school’s comprehensive school counseling program. The Program Manager will oversee the counseling team that implements a multi-tiered, multi-domain system of support to promote students’ academic, college/career, and social/emotional development. Trains and supervises staff; monitors student contacts and records; maintains program demographics and other relevant metrics aligned to the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model standards. This position will be based at our offices in Carmichael, CA with travel to all counties served by Visions.
