The Principal is the instructional leader and administrator of all aspects of the school and is directly responsible to the Superintendent. They'll participate and maintain an effective and culturally responsive learning environment for students, teachers and staff. As the instructional leader, the Principal leads teaching and learning designed to meet the specific needs of elementary students and creates equitable academic, social, and emotional outcomes for all students. Supervises, coordinates and facilitates; the instructional programs, all personnel related matters, stakeholder engagement, tiered systems of support for students both in area of behavior and academics, facilities management, and other site level special programs.
