**This position is for the 2022-2023 school year.** Under the direction of the Director in the Valley Oaks Charter School division, provides leadership to the staff in determining objectives and identifying program needs as the basis for developing long and short-range plans. Identifies, provides, assigns, and coordinates in-service growth opportunities for teaching and instruction aide personnel. Supervises and evaluates the performance of all assigned personnel. Monitors student progress and alignment with existing guidelines. Conducts IEP screening team meetings as mandated by federal and state laws in coordination with the Principal who has special education or site responsibility.
