The Department of Management and Marketing in the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at North Central College invites applications for an open-rank tenure-track position in Human Resource Management, to begin August 1, 2023. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, a Ph.D. in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management, or a DBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management. An ABD from an accredited Management program with a concentration in Human Resource Management will be considered if the degree will be completed within 1 year from start date.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are able to teach undergraduate and graduate Human Resource Management courses such as: Diversity in the Workplace, Training and Development, Compensation and Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, International Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Management Analytics. Applicants must demonstrate commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring of students, and ongoing scholarship.
