Visions is seeking an Associate Director of Business Systems and Support that analyzes, prepares, audits, monitors and performs complex work in the development, control and analysis of the Visions student attendance and student information systems. The position will be responsible for management of key organizational systems, maintains and manages vendor relationships, oversees the student attendance and records areas and leads a small team to support all related activities; is responsible for the supervision of staff and use of time/talents; serves as a department liaison with Technology Services Department staff reviewing procedures, processes and software to promote efficiency; oversees all aspects of state reporting regarding student and staff records (i.e. CALPADS, CBEDS, and CRDC)
