Under administrative direction, works across LACOE divisions to assess potential barriers to diversity and inclusiveness amongst staff, and build inclusive leadership capabilities; plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs the activities and staff involved in the activities of  the implementation of programs and systems that value and prioritize equity, diversity, and inclusion; assists school districts in establishing and sustaining culturally relevant and responsive student services; and provides program research and evaluation support and guidance to designated school districts in Los Angeles County.
