The county administrator at Inglewood USD serves under the direction and supervision of the county superintendent and occupies a unique role. The administrator is not a superintendent, but a hybrid of governing board, superintendent, fiscal expert, turnaround specialist, systems developer, master communicator, advocate for students and strategic implementer, called upon to lead the district through the challenging final steps of recovery in all operational areas.
