DEFINITION             The Assistant Principal assists in the overall administration of the school; is a member of the management team; is directly responsible to the principal, and performs related duties as required. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:             May serve as principal in the temporary absences of the site principal; Implements the district's adopted curriculum; Coordinates the compilation of annual School Accountability Report Card and other reports to state agencies such as WASC reviews; Acts as site coordinator of state testing, including CASSPP, ensuring proper administration of those assessments; General supervision of the Student Body organization and student activities; Responsible for the supervision and in-service training of school site;
