The Operations Assistant Performs customer service duties related to registration activities. Monitor and manage and reply to office emails and voicemails. Process course change requests. Assist the Registrar with graduation processing. Assist the Associate Registrar and Registrar with course scheduling and other duties as deemed necessary. Supervise student workers. Produce and track transcripts and enrollment verifications produced in house.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associates Degree
Required: Two years of professional work experience providing administrative or clerical support in a busy office environment
Preferred: Prior experience working in a college environment preferred.
Salary Range: $35,360 - $41,600
Essential Job Functions:
Assist undergraduate students with registration activities (ex. adding/dropping of courses, grade mode changes, explaining registration policies, etc.)
Monitor, manage and reply to office emails and voicemails.
Produce and track in-house transcripts and enrollment verifications.
Supervise student workers
Maintain list and online services for upcoming Commencement ceremony. Coordinate with other offices (ex. Bookstore, Communications Office) in regard to Commencement
Provide information to grade reports for the master's students to school districts.
ordering supplies, data entry in Degree Works. Assist with filing system needs. (ex. file purging as necessary), To be further reviewed once a document imaging project commences in the Registrar's Office.
Provide back-up and assistance to other members of the Registrar's Office when necessary.
