JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Superintendent leads and manages all Human Resource functions to support current and evolving needs of the District, including: planning, oversight, supervision, and evaluation; manages Health and Welfare Benefit and Risk Management programs; monitors department expenditures and budgets; ensures maximum effectiveness and achievement of annual District/Board goals; maintains ongoing employee appraisal and evaluation systems in accordance with negotiated agreements and management goals; and serves as an advisor to the Superintendent on all personnel-related matters.
