Newark Academy seeks an Assistant Middle School Principal to work closely with students, faculty, parents, and other administrators to support students in the middle school. In consultation with the Middle School Principal, they oversee student behavior and discipline in the daily operation of the Middle School. The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Principal of Middle School are supervising students during the school day, coordinating extracurricular events, and being a visible presence at evening middle school events.  They are also an integral member of the MS Leadership Team, collaborating with the Middle School Counselor, DEI Coordinators, the Assistant Director for Middle School Athletics, the Middle School Office Manager, and the Middle School Principal.
