The Gilboa-Conesville Central School District seeks an experienced, student and community focused leader to serve as our next Superintendent. We welcome applicants with a strong background in all levels of PreK-12 education. Our next Superintendent is a strong communicator who leads with consistency, creativity, integrity, and purpose. An understanding of rural education, a willingness to establish structures and systems, and a drive to expand opportunities for our students are other characteristics our next Superintendent brings to this position. While residency is not required, our next Superintendent should live close enough to Gilboa to engage actively in the life of the school and the community.
