Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Chief Academic Officer is responsible for ensuring all academic staff are best positioned to meet their annual outcomes throughout the organization.  The CAO oversees four principals and works closely with the curriculum and instruction team to ensure the Academy delivers an excellent academic experience for all students.  The CAO will drive a culture of high expectations and shared responsibility for equitable access to high quality, rigorous curriculum, and instruction.
