The Associate Principal works closely with students, staff and familiesand is directly responsible to the High School Principal. The Associate Principal plays a key role in supervising students and student events, evaluating staff, and supporting curricular development and instructional practices. The Associate Principal leads staff development, develops expertise in assigned areas, and advocates for underserved students. The Associate Principal should be able to identify areas for student growth, address issues of equity and inclusion, and make thoughtful decisions that support students and their academic, social and emotional growth.
