DEFINITION: The Director of Human Relations is a critical position for the Milpitas USD as we continue to build our Championship Team with the focus on what we call The Culture of We. The Director of Human Relations will have a direct impact on how Milpitas USD will support our Vision of being an exceptional district in which students and staff care and support each other and foster the continuous growth mindset as we engage with our parents, staff and community. Furthermore, the Director’s communication skills will be a testament to our District’s Strategic Plan Goals, where the attitude and belief structure will be that of Service Leadership so our adults can take even better care of our students needs in all areas of their education and social well-being.
