The School District of Lee County is in search of a highly motivated individual to head a newly formed department to oversee the organization's comprehensive insurance and risk management program, assessing and identifying risks that could impedethe reputation, safety, and security of the School District. The Director will establish policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organization’s services and departments, conducts risk assessments, collect and analyze documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends, develop and administer the district’s comprehensive risk management program to control risks and mitigate losses, and recommend and implement risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or
