General DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, develops, implements, and coordinates policies, programs and procedures covering the following: recruitment, employment, placement, induction, wage and salary administration, affirmative action, staff development, credentialing, employee appraisal, negotiations, and employer-employee relations. With the assistance of the Director of Human Resources, the Assistant Superintendent administers, plans, organizes, directs and supervises all operations and activities of the Human Resources Department.   Example of Duties Administers, plans, assigns, organizes and directs the work of personnel office staff.
