This position provides administrative and instructional leadership within a generally autonomous high school building for the maximum educational nurture of all children assigned in grades 9-12 and special education. This position includes coordination of all the services of all personnel connected with the school system. This position must also be able to implement the principles of school-based management by involving the staff and community in developing school objectives and by enabling the school to meet individual and School Board goals.
