Behavior Analyst (Outreach)
Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Behavior Analyst (Outreach) for the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center (DDDC). The position reports to the Associate Director of Consultation and Communications and ensures best-practice applied behavior analysis procedures are maintained and applied in the education and treatment of children and adults in community settings.Among the key duties of this position are the following:Supervises and monitors the services and programs related to the education of children and adults with autism and their families within an assigned caseload through the DDDC's Outreach unit.Clinical oversight of assigned consultation caseload.
