TSA is currently seeking to add to its national staff a Member Services Manager who will collaborate with TSA stakeholders to recruit, retain, and engage members. The Member Services Manager will: Create and implement member recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies and Identify membership needs and objectives at the local, state, and national level. Cultivate high-valued relationships with chapters and state delegations. Respond to membership-related inquiries and affiliation leads.
