The Board plans to offer an initial three-year contract with a salary range of $150,000-$165,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Residency is not required, but regular visibility within the Oxford educational community is expected. The Board is willing to consider a relocation incentive for establishing primary residence in the school district.

The Oxford Academy and Central School District seeks a proven educational leader committed to providing an outstanding educational program.
