The Chief Learning Services Officer is responsible for the effective planning, implementation and evaluation of the District's curricular programs as mandated by the California Department of Education.  The Chief Learning Services Officer shall oversee the effective planning, implementation and evaluation of programs for: English Learners, Special Needs Students, Assessment and Accountability, Compliance Monitoring, and Professional Learning. The Chief Learning Services Officer shall supervise the Director of Student Services, the Program Specialist and Principals for all Elementary and Secondary sites as well as assigned support staff.
