College Credit Plus Instructor, Chemistry
*Only candidates that are currently employed with a secondary school in partnership with YSU College Credit Plus will be considered for this position.Instruct General Chemistry 1 and/or 2 (CHEM 1515/L and/or CHEM 1516/L) lecture and laboratory courses under the YSU College Credit Plus (CCP) Program. Courses will be taught on-site at the applicant's school district of employment. Ensure the academic quality and content of the YSU courses by communicating with your YSU mentor. Attend three hours of CCP professional development activities each year, usually in the form of Roundtable discussion meetings. Submit a copy of your syllabus to your mentor for approval before the start of the term. Administer assessments.
