The minimum starting salary is $95,925.00 annually.
Job Summary/Objective
Creates a vision, environment, and culture of academic success for all students that aligns with the School District of Lancaster’s mission to educate students and ensure that all children reach their fullest social/emotional and academic potential. Establishes a positive school culture with high expectations for behavior, attendance, promotion/graduation, and achievement. Creates a positive school-building climate and builds a strong school community for students, staff, families, and the community at large. Develops staff members and cultivates school leadership.
