Provide leadership for the center's core program areas, including the Fellowship for Public Education Leadership, the Master of Public Education Management, admissions for both programs, and engagement with Broad alumni network. Work with TBC team to ensure an impactful learning & leadership development experience for Fellows and Master's students; strategic and effective recruitment and selection processes that result in excellent cohorts that are diverse along multiple dimensions; and ongoing effective coordination and partnership with faculty. Continue to build and deepen connection and engagement with Broad alumni network of 900+ leaders across the country, with specific attention & support for those alumni continuing to work in school systems. 2.
