Job Summary The Associate Superintendent, Human Resource Services is a cabinet-level position responsible for all aspects of the Human Resource Services Department. The Associate Superintendent oversees and manages the operations of the department including labor relations and negotiations, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, personnel investigations, workers’ compensation and leave of absence administration, communication, technology, records and other areas to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services that comply with policies, regulations, and laws.
