General DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, develops, implements, and coordinates policies, programs and procedures covering the following: recruitment, employment, placement, induction, wage and salary administration, affirmative action, staff development, credentialing, employee appraisal, negotiations, and employer-employee relations. With the assistance of the Director of Human Resources, the Assistant Superintendent administers, plans, organizes, directs and supervises all operations and activities of the Human Resources Department.
