Education Leadership Services (ELS) - Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources - Sage Oak Charter Schools. Salary Range: $200,000-$230,730; STRS eligible; 220 days. If you have excellent people skills, Human Resources expertise, the ability to periodically work remotely, value strong stakeholder relationships and a supportive board, join us! This position will lend itself to significant remote time with required in-person commitments, including but not limited to board meetings typically in San Diego, Sage Oak Summit meetings typically in Riverside, meetings at the schools' Redlands offices, conferences that require travel, occasional overnight obligations, and leadership meetings at various locations within the schools' service area. Initially, the Assistant Superintendent of HR will be expected to spend significant time at the office to get to know the team and build relationships. Ongoing, they should continue to be present as needed to maintain and strengthen those relationships.
There is no collective bargaining unit.

The successful candidate will have skills and experience in an education environment, demonstrated ability in the human resources field, and the ability to interact, engage and develop professional relationships within a diverse community.
*Minimum 2 years teaching experience
*Minimum of 1 year as a lead coordinator ,or equivalent
*Minimum of 2 year independent study leadership strongly preferred and highly desirable
*Valid, current, and appropriate California Administrative Services Credential
