Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services

Escondido Union School District: Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services - Salary: $175,059.00 - $209,030.00. Under the direction of the District Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services works collaboratively with other members of the Executive Cabinet to support the district vision and ensure access and equity for all students. In addition, the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services is directly responsible for providing leadership to administrators, teachers, and paraprofessionals in the areas of instruction, student achievement, and assessment.

Desired Experience:

• A minimum of three years of district-level adminstrative experience at the Director level or above in Education Services, leading instructional initiatives in a public school district
  
  

Minimum Experience Requirement:

•  A minimum of five years of increasingly responsible experience in public school administration, education services, and curriculum is required.
  
  

Possession of a valid California Teaching and Administrative Services credential authorizing service as an Assistant Superintendent.
