Position Summary: The Department of Psychology & Neuroscience in the College of Arts and Sciences at North Central College invites applications for a tenure-track position in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, to begin August 1, 2026.The duties in this role include:Provide instruction for a variety of Psychology courses, including Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Personality, Psychological Assessment, and/or Research Design and Experimentation, carrying a teaching load of 20 credits per academic year.Assess students' work and provide detailed feedback on how to improve their content knowledge, critical thinking skills, oral and written communication skills, etc.Develop curricula for course
