The Senior Community Engagement Specialist plays a strategic and collaborative role within the Office of Community, Access, Retention, and Empowerment (CARE) in the College of Engineering. The role will develop, direct, and manage student enrollment, community engagement, and retention services programs for pre-enrolled and enrolled College of Engineering (COE) students, aligning with and extending the University's mission and values into K-12, Land-grant, 2-year, and 4-year institutions.
