EPIC is seeking a Director of Educational Programs – a seasoned academic leader responsible for designing, overseeing, and continuously improving instructional and curricular systems. The Director will be the key architect of EPIC’s academic vision, leading instructional leadership, curriculum development, professional development, academic compliance, and educational innovation. This role ensures compliance with the California Department of Education, the County Office of Education, the California Education Code, WASC accreditation, and federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide academic leadership and oversight of K-12 and adult education programs (ESL, CTE, ABE, ASE
