Position OverviewThe Research Project Coordinator will implement a professional development (PD) intervention, the Transition Coalition Self-Study Plus (TCSS+), that is part of a federal research project. The intervention is being refined, tested and evaluated as part of this funded project with another university. The person in this position will support multiple building teams across the country through the 12-week PD intervention, problem-solve, and encourage completion by email, website, and Zoom meetings. This position will also collaborate with the research team to discuss and refine the PD model, contribute to adjustments to it and provide input on some project elements.
