BEGINNING               2026-2027 The Elementary School Assistant Princial will facilitate the implementation of the shared school vision; shape school programs, plans, and activites to ensure they are are integrated, articulated through grades, and consistent with the vision; promote a school culture that empowers teachers to examine their own teaching practices and to work with colleagues to improve their content knowledge and instructional practices; encourage and inspire others to higher levels of performance, commitment, and motivation; support staff members with the development and implementation of a standards-based curriculum; demonstrate knowledge and mastery of learning
