The Department of Sociology, Criminology, & Anthropology in the College of Arts and Sciences at North Central College invites applications for a non tenure-track, part-time instructor position in Sociology, to begin Fall 2023. The successful candidate will teach introductory and/or upper-level courses in the sociology curriculum during the upcoming academic year.
A Master's degree in Sociology or closely related field is required. The ability to teach quantitative and/or qualitative research methods is strongly desired. Instruction will take place in person at North Central College's main campus. Applicants must demonstrate commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring of students, and ongoing scholarship.
