Under the direction of the Chief Business Officer, supervises, plans, organizes and directs facilities management staff and contractors to maintain school district properties. The El Rancho Unified School District is seeking an experienced facilities project manager to manage its educational facilities and oversee its bond program. The school district includes two (2) high schools, three (3) middle schools, eight (8) elementary schools, an adult education facility, and administrative offices. The successful facilities project manager will oversee the District’s facilities and manage the construction program, while remaining compliant with educational codes, public contracting codes, and both state and federal regulations.
