The Coordinator, Community Schools is responsible for the planning, implementing, and managing of the Community Schools model in the district. This position will implement systems, procedures, and policies; monitor projects; and maintain program fidelity. Additionally, the Coordinator will seek funding for Community schools sustainability and will monitor student data related to Community Schools services.
