The Department of Medical Sciences in the School of Education and Health Sciences at North Central College invites applications for a non tenure-track position in Masters of Physician Assistant Studies Program, to begin immediately. The successful candidate will:
A physician assistant (PA-C) candidate must possess competency in the depth and breadth of their medical knowledge, clinical reasoning, technical skills, problem solving, and communication skills in order to provide high‐quality educational service to both internal and external constituents of the
MSPAS program. Applicants must demonstrate commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring of students, as well as ideas for scholarship.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:License: Current certification by
NCCPA and current licensure in the state of Illinois required
Experience: Exceptional communication skills, prior experience in PA Education. Preference will be given to candidates with clinical experience in family practice, internal medicine or emergency medicine and those who have had prior experience in PA education.
