Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Director for the Rutgers-New Brunswick GEAR UP Partnership Pathway Program. The Director reports to the Office of the Provost- New Brunswick.Among the key duties of the position are the following:Oversees the day-to-day administration of the grant.Supervises support staff in their daily work responsibilities.Manages the program budget and reports to the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education.Builds and sustains partnerships with the New Brunswick Public School District and community-based organization's that benefit the growth of the program.Works closely with the Business Office to ensure timely payment
