The Junior High School Principal, as educational leader and chief executive officer for the campus, is responsible for overall leadership of the educational program and the operation of a multicultural, Title I school. The Principal is an integral part of the community, maintaining visibility, and representing the school through involvement, communications, and carrying forward the cause for quality education. 

A preliminary interview for this position will be held on March 30, 2023 and a final interview is anticipated for April 3, 2023.

The Fullerton School District is seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader with great communication, technology, and team building skills, who is passionate and committed to the achievement and success of all students.  Successful candidates must possess the following:  
* minimum of 5 years administrative experience, with at least 2 years at the junior high level or above; 
* a Master's Degree; 
* proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff; 
* a personal style that reflects strong leadership, high expectations; 
* the ability to inspire others to succeed; cultural proficiency; and
* an Administrative Services Credential.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
