The Position
The position of Assistant Superintendent – Human Resources, under the supervision of the Superintendent of Schools, supervises and directs the day-to-day operations of the District’s Human Resources programs; chairs and serves on District committees as directed by the Superintendent; assists in planning, development and implementation of Board Policies and Administrative Regulations; supervises and evaluates appropriate personnel staff; responsible for all staff members in Personnel Services and is a line administrator to all school sites

Required: - Valid California administrative credential authorizing service in this position - Minimum of five (5) years of successful site administrative experience - Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience - Master’s Degree or higher - Character, personality, and social capability to relate and communicate effectively with staff, students and community
