Stipend for Masters and /or Doctorate degrees - $1,520 - up to each
DENTAL: Dental insurance ($2,000 annual coverage per person) is mandatory and is provided at District expense for full-time employees and their qualified dependents. Dental coverage for part-time employees working less than 90% FTE is voluntary.
MEDICAL: District pays a maximum of $932 (July 2022 – August 2022) and $1,005 (October 2022 – June 2023) per month for employee and qualified dependents. Single enrollment mandatory for all full time employees.
District reimbursement for eyewear $200 every 2 years; $130 every 2 years for eye exam for any medical plan that does not include eye exam coverage.
LIFE INSURANCE: District pays full premium for $38,000 life insurance policy.
MATCHING FUNDS: District will match up to $120 annually to Tax Sheltered Annuity or other approved payroll deduction plan.
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: District pays the full cost of annual membership in one approved professional organization such as Association of California School Administrators (ACSA), National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). California Association of School Psychologists (CASP), California School Nursing Organization (CSNO).

The vice principal shall serve directly under the principal and shall assist in the instructional and administrative leadership of the school, including assisting the principal in planning, implementing, and administering the educational program. Through line organization procedures and management organization channels, the vice principal will participate in recommending district policies and regulations to the superintendent.

Credential: Possession of an administration standard or supervision credential or credential of equivalent authorization issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing is required; and
Education: A bachelor's degree from an approved institution is required. Advanced degrees are preferred; and
Experience: A minimum of five years of certificated experience in public or private schools is required, and preference will be given for experience at a comparable segment level for which appointment is considered. While additional administrative or supervisory experience is not required, preference will be given to persons with additional experience in a school system in an administrative, supervisory, or specialist capacity.
