Salary Details:
The District contributes $20,225 annually towards any medical benefit plan selection. A monthly payroll deduction is activated to cover any amount over $20,225.

The Position
The position of Director – Special Education, under the supervision of the Superintendent and/or Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, will supervise Special Education Programs for mild/moderate and severely handicapped students. This function includes, but is not limited to, the supervision and evaluation of the Special Education Coordinators, Program Specialists, Speech Therapists, Occupational and Physical Therapists, and other itinerant Special Education staff.
Required: -Valid California administrative credential authorizing service in this position. -Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with special needs students -Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience -Master’s Degree or Higher -Character, personality, and social capability to relate and communicate effectively with staff, students, and community
