Under the direction of the Principal, the Assistant Principal works closely with students, staff and families, and provides leadership in areas as assigned. The Assistant Principal plays a key role in supervising students and student events, evaluating staff, and supporting curricular development and instructional practices. The Assistant Principal leads staff development, develops expertise in assigned areas, and advocates for underserved students. The Assistant Principal should be able to identify areas for student growth, address issues of equity and inclusion, and make thoughtful decisions that support student intervention and their academic, social and emotional growth.

Possession of a Certificate of Eligibility, Preliminary, or Professional Clear California Administrative Services Credential Minimum of three years of teaching experience at the secondary level

About Our District
The Roseville Joint Union High School District serves the educational needs of nearly 11,000 students. Geographically, the district includes the city of Roseville, the Granite Bay community, and a part of Antelope. It includes portions of both Placer and Sacramento counties.
The district currently operates six comprehensive high schools, a continuation school, adult school, and an independent study school.
Our high schools are responsible for educating students from three local "partner" K-8 school districts: Dry Creek, Eureka, and Roseville City school districts.
