The Fullerton School District is seeking dynamic, hands-on leaders with great communication, technology, and team building skills, who are passionate and committed to the achievement and success of all students. Bilingual Spanish and five (5) years of junior high school or high school experience preferred.
The Program Specialist will perform duties similar to an Assistant Principal under the direction of the Principal, such as providing assistance to the Principal in the administration of the total school program. Representative duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: serve as administrative head of the school in the absence of the Principal; interacts with students to encourage positive performance; supervises performance of assigned personnel in accordance with District guidelines; manages site support staff; supervises staff attendance & assignment of substitutes; other duties as assigned.
Must have experience working in a public education setting; management experience preferred.
