The Governing Board of the National School District seeks a full-time superintendent with the skills and dispositions to create a climate of success and advanced achievement for every child it serves. The candidate must be an exemplary leader with a solid record of successfully holding administrative leadership positions of increasing complexity and responsibility in an  elementary school district. The ideal candidate is student-centered, able to engage fully with the culture and language of our community, and possesses strong collaborative skills in order to build partnerships with families, staff and the greater community of National City.

Start date: July 1, 2026
