Morongo Unified School District is seeking an experienced leader to guide district-wide initiatives in professional development, educational technology, and student enrichment. This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful training for educators and staff, enhancing instructional practices, and improving student outcomes. The Director will lead efforts in digital literacy, STEAM integration, and literacy development, while also overseeing after-school programs such as ELOP and ASES. Collaboration with school leaders and community partners is essential to ensure equitable access to engaging, high-interest learning opportunities that align with district goals.

Successful Teaching and Administrative Experience, K-12 Experience is Preferred 

Valid Administrative Services Credential 

Master's Degree in Educational Administration
