Natomas Unified School District is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to serve as the Principal for H. Allen Hight Elementary, a TK-6 school.
H. Allen Hight (HAH) is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment. HAH plays a central role in closing the educational achievement gaps with scholars while motivating them to take action and ownership of their learning as they develop the skills necessary to compete in a globally minded society.

Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities could qualify someone for this position. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
-Equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in education, education administration, social work, counseling, or a related field is desired.
-Five years of responsible teaching experience is required.
-Possession of an Administrative Credential issued by the State of California
