The Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE) is seeking a Superintendent on behalf of the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District. Now accepting applications. 

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Education Administration or closely related field. Doctorate preferred.
• Prior experience as a teacher and principal and three (3) years’ experience at the executive cabinet level.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong fiscal background and understanding of state and local budgets.
• A strong record of successful partnerships with the board, staff, labor and community groups.
• Demonstrate success with diverse student populations, resulting in equitable outcomes for all learners.
