Assistant Superintendent of Personnel
This position is directly responsible to the Superintendent for all matters related to the administration of personnel functions and employer-employee relations; works closely with other management personnel to ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements and to personnel policies/procedures; serves as an assistant and advisor to the Superintendent; and acts for the Superintendent, or on his/her own initiative, as spokesperson for the school district. The Board of Education designates this position as Management.
